My wife and I bought her house. She has represented my daughter in the purchase of her home. We recently turned to her for advice on buying a new home and selling our old home. She was extremely dedicated to her previous job, and I already knew her work ethic, so I was confident in my choice. She told me to pick out a few houses, when I say few, she meant three and I decided to make it like five and that turned into like seven in one day. We couldn't find a house I liked because how messed up the market was. she told me to not give up and just take a step back and reassess the situation. I didn't really know what I could afford but she has really worked hard with Cross County Mortgage to stay up to date with what I could afford and at the same time with what I wanted in a home. We looked at a lot of different types of houses, a lot of them didn't have what I liked when I started looking at them, but this gave me the feel of what I liked after walking all these homes with Lauren. She put up with me shooting down houses every day, because I wasn't finding my house that I felt fit me. We found a house that had property, had a decent size house and had what I needed but the price was way over budget. I then said let's wait Lauren, this may not be the house, looking at it four times with her and my parents in the mix and still something felt off. A full price offer came in, which was awesome for the owner because he was an amazing person, definitely worth the price for the property and house. He will be a lifelong friend now, but this sent me down the road once more. She said there's one more house but it's probably going to be hard to get because it's under rated for the value of home that's there. She knew how bad I wanted this house after seeing it and walking the house and property several times. She worked the selling agent like she was barrel racing her and that woman was in the center. She was definitely persistent and was definitely on top of her game when negotiating the deal. She figured out what deal she could work to get me in the house and close fast so that would appeal to the seller. She is absolutely the best Agent/Realtor/Friend/Family that you could ask for. If I had to keep searching for houses I would definitely have her by my side because she is very intelligent and will most definitely get you the home of your dreams. We closed in under 30 days. She made me this one of a kind sign with my last name, which looks absolutely amazing and got me a bunch of house supplies to start off with. Thanks again Lauren, you are absolutely the best in the field!

She's excellent at her job, personable, and professional. She so upfront, but kind, about telling you what really needs to be taken, like animal smells from 3 old dogs, and what really doesn't need to be done to sell your house well. She listening to you and communicates well. When I left the state before closing, she arranged everything about the closing. I've moved around a lot, and I've never had a better experience with a realtor.

She is hardworking! She will help guide you through the entire process of buying a home or the selling of your home which sounds like a lot, however it is exactly what she did for us! We were downsizing to retire which can be a challenging time.
